All extension and creative color requests must book a consultation prior to booking the service.

POLICIES

  • If we are feeling under-the-weather, we’re going to call off for the health and safety of our stylists, guests and families. We kindly ask that you do the same and reschedule if you or a member of your household is ill.

  • Products ordered online can be picked up on Saturday 9am to 3pm.

  • We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given however an in Salon credit will be issued.

  • Specials must be redeemed within the month it is set for, there will be no carrying over. Only one special promotion can be used per appointment. Specials are subject to availability.

  • All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge only if the result was due to a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind about after the service was completed. 

    You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management.

    *Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

  • XO Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member(s) of our staff.
